We want you to love your Green Soul Essence products. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund, including if you simply changed your mind and no longer want the product.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and essential oil products can only be returned if they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • A proof of purchase (order number) is required.

How to Start a Return

Email us at greensoulessence@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — we will reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions. Returns sent without authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and include a photo of the item and packaging. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — you will not need to pay for return shipping.

Change of Mind

If you no longer want an eligible item, you may return it within 30 days. In this case the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the full product price.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships by emailing greensoulessence@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.
